help filling out the canadian human rights complaint form

Hello,  I have a human rights issue, regarding my employment situation. There is elements of discrimination and favoritism.  It is an unionized employer. The union has failed to protect my rights. Acted in a way that  sut down any opportunities to file a grievance. As a result this has caused a great deal of stress, many sleepless nights, feelings of failure and no hope. That I do not have the same rights in the union collective agreement. That the Employer does not value my hard work and dedication. And unworthy of similar treatment as others whom are employed with this employer. I was originally employed with this corporation in May of 2004. The Employer is a large corporation/municipal government organization. I would like to find a Canadian lawyer or Canadian human rights activist, whom is thoroughly educated in human rights. That can correctly fill out my Human Rights Complaint form. Using the appropriate legal language. What would be the cost associated? If your firm was hired for this legal action.
