First of all I am going to answer your bot filtering question for which the answer is 9.
I hope that you don't mind if I don't keep myself to the theme that you have set, since I have already answered all these questions on your previous job posting, and you probably already know me. We have worked together before (I hope that I am not mixing up and this is still the same company and team as with GoCase), I don't know if you remember me, but you hired me for a month to this same project last year and sent me on my way when previous employee came back from vacation.
I know that we got off on the wrong foot with this work relationship, and I know that I screwed up last time, I am really sorry about that, but I think I still managed to work as hard as I could and solved as many problems as I could. You can check your email account of that period, and also my tickets which I kept the tidiest during my period of working with you guys, unlike any of my predecessors. When I got the job I had hundreds of unanswered emails from unsatisfied customers and numerous open or ignored tickets that I had to resolve under a few days and clean up the mass that the previous employee left for me. I got very positive feedback from all your customers, and I think that I dealt with every problem we came across and always managed to find a way with them. I know already all the procedures you guys have and all the requirements, so employing me again would make your life so much easier then training a new person, which could actually turn out to be a total failure.
Last time I didn't do everything properly, because I had personal issues and was studying, but this time I could work for you full time if you would allow me (since I am currently looking for a full time job), and for the Hungarian webshop I think that it is pretty much needed if you don't want to have unsatisfied costumers, since from that store came the most compliant, and issue. If you are willing to give me a second chance, I for sure will do everything perfectly and as required and I can give you my word that I will give in my 100 percent this time and won't make any mistakes again.
Please do consider it: I have worked with you already (also had support experience before), I know your system, your products, I know your customers, and I won't have school/second job beside it, so I could outperform any other candidate, and you can count on that I will do the job properly.
If you still don't feel like giving me a chance to prove myself, I can totally understand, since it was 100 percent my fault. I know that you are most likely not going to but if you would like to give me a chance, I would be happy to make up for my mistake, and to work with you on the best customer experience possible.
