Anime Character for Screenprinting

Hello, I am seeking an anime artist to create a all original male character upper face and neck. The character will wear a virtual reality headset and the design will only need to be from the shoulders up. I am envisioning a diagonal face direction. On the VR headset, 5 letters will glow across the front much like the Apple sign on the back of Apple laptops and look futuristic. I envision a purple color for the font and glowing/standout. Since the VR headset will cover much of upper portion of the face, the mouth and expression should show a little engagement. I would like the design to be made of up to 5 colors as this design will be screen printed. A JPEG image, Adobe Photoshop file and separate colors by layers in Adobe Illustator would be preferred.
