I am looking for someone to create a book cover art for my Historical Biblical Fiction novel on the life of Joshua, a character from the Old Testament in the Bible. I am looking for a realistic style to help tell the story of the book. The concept should convey the spiritual and thought-provoking elements that the story offers its readers. Ideally, I am looking for two rounds of revisions to make sure that it is just right. Thanks for taking the time to consider creating the artwork for my novel. The main character is Joshua. He is an 80-year-old strong leader and gray-bearded warrior. He stands on a rock outcropping overlooking a battle below him and points his javelin toward the sun as he commands it to hold still over a mountain until his army can wipe out its enemy. His skin tone is a very swarthy sunburnt color. His hair and beard are almost like an Afro poking out from his helmet. The sun is starting to get low in the sky and is large and burnt orange in color. The cover page of the book will be 9 by 6 inches. The image should be dense enough to look good when reproduced on the book cover. I don't own any of the samples, but they are suggestive of dress, stance, and the battle below.
