We want a simplistic art that best illustrates and get our point across to our audience in an attention grabbing artstyle that is similar to Extra Credits here:

Our budget is 50$, we understand that is rather low but we don't require exquisite and very detailed background and scenery. Like the characters in the shared video, the video in our mind should illustrate what we should say, therefore the art should focus on the object at hand, such as persons, houses, documents, etc. But we do require them to have colour.
We estimate the frame needed is 9-10.
This is merely our starter video, we are planning to make 10 more videos.
