Ongoing Graphic Design - layout work - design of new art

We are looking for a graphic designer to continually outsource graphic design projects to. Projects will range from 15minute to multi-hour projects. Ideally we will find someone that who we may communicate with and exchange projects on a daily basis via drop box or some other method. -The designer would be responsible for checking in every day or every other day for new work and responding with estimated completion time if they can do the work. -Most jobs would fairly quick, under 1 hour for an experienced designer -Jobs will range from T-shirt design using existing logos and information to designing marketing materials, designing stickers/decals for customers, digitizing graphics and so on -Highly advanced Illustrator skills are not needed but are an asset -We are looking for some one who has good attention to detail and is able to understand our design needs and create artwork to fit our clients style are requirements -All artwork will be in english and we use Illustrator CS4 The first jobs will NOT be paid initially as we will look at your samples and if we like your work and your speed we will start paying. I will ask that you watermark your work and send only .jpg samples so that we cannot use it. If we like it we will then work on terms of payment and you will send the non-watermarked vector art.
