Looking for an entry-level admin to help with customer support for my Indonesian marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries through email and chat. They will work part-time, less than 20 hours a week, and will be expected to have flexible hours. No prior experience is required, but a fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English is preferred. Tasks will include: - Responding to customer inquiries through email and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues - Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.
