Profit sharing partner / SEO & Marketing Specialist.

I work as a psychotherapist. I have over the years developed a number of products that have been used as a web-based complement to the therapeutic sessions at my office. Starting a couple of years ago, I started to provide these products on the two sites of my companies, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], as stand-alone self-growth products downloadable after payment via PayPal. Many of the products are similar to what competitors are offering (although I believe ours are better), but a number of products are completely unique. A SEO project has been run during 2011 on the sites by a market assistant from oDesk. It has increased traffic some, but has not increased sales much, and has in all given red figures: the sales during 2011 sum to date up to $1613, and the SEO program has cost $2410... The net cost of $800 will hopefully pay off, as numerous links and directory posts have been placed, which may give a positive result in the future. Still, this is not satisfactory. I am now looking for a profit sharing partner willing to make a more efficient SEO and marketing effort, focusing on relevant keywords for the products offered in the web shops in the two sites. The potential for the products offered should be at least be a factor fifty more sales than present, i.e. $120.000 /year, or approx. $10.000/month. I will pay only a smaller sum upfront, but on the other hand I will offer a position as a profit sharing partner, that will get half of the increased profit above a base profit of 200 USD/month, during the period January 1 to December 31 2012. The potential payment could be approximately 0,5*(10000-200) = 4900 USD / month, or 59.000 USD for the whole period. Payment will be at the end of each month and will based on month reports from PayPal, which I will provide together with the payment. Defining the job itself is outside my field of competence, but in order to make an as intelligent selection as possible of a potential partner, I need a description of what this job would include, as well as your track record in this field. What kind of SEO / marketing efforts / etc will be used? (Only white hat OK.) In order for you to assess the project, I can provide you with the monthly work reports of my marketing assistant during 2011. Any changes of the web site code needs to involve myself, as I will make the actual revisions / upload new versions that might be necessary. In addition to the shared profit as defined above, you are of course also welcome to register as an affiliate, earning another 25% of the sales initiated by you, by promoting the products on your own web sites and blogs.
