My working pattern includes understanding the brand requirements, deciphering customer needs, mapping customer needs to brand guidelines, positioning or re-positioning the brand, budgeting the marketing activities, strategising a suitable plan of action within the budgets allocated and resources available, hiring vendors for the execution, brain-storming about execution plans and ideas with them, ensuring execution of the strategy and finally analysing the performance.
I as a marketeer have constantly believed in innovating both through online and offline methods of marketing. Creating a balance between the digital and on-ground activities of the brand would be one of my core competencies.
