I am looking for a good but cheaper dedicated server that is capable of sending few hundred thousand emails. you will provide me with an online control panel where i can create my campaign and upload my email list.

In terms of server and technology; it should have the mechanism to change IP's frequently so the IP's never get blacklisted and 80-90% emails must reach Inbox.
