Get traction for an existing onlineshop to get sales

Hi, we are running an online shop for rubber jewelry and need an online marketing expert to get sales. The shop is based on shopify, you can find it at www.kautschuk-schmuck.com. Please have a look at the products before you make some offer. The shop language is German and the destination countries are Germany, Austria and the Swiss. The products are on stock and are also listed at amazon. The overall shopping cart at the moment is €40 and the conversion should cost a maximum of €10. Less than €10 would be better. We are open for Facebook Ads, Instagram or what ever gets traction. If you are an amazon expert also this would be an option. The preferred payment model for this job would be commission based. You get 5% of every net sale amount minus the conversion costs. Please make your suggestions. If this works well, we can also think about to translate the shop and sell in other countries. We import the jewelry from Brazil.
