On-going SEO for Multiple Sites

We're seeking a freelancer or small team to assist us in improving the Organic Search Engine rank of a number of clients using White-Hat techniques only, on an on-going basis.
At the moment, we have 3 sites that need improvement:
* A local Financial Planning Group (WordPress / Divi / Yoast SEO)
* A Website Conversion Service (WordPress / Divi / Yoast SEO)
* A Baby-Goods Online Retailer (eCommerce / Magento)
...with several more on the way.
We're after someone who has a great understanding of English (first language preferred) who can:
* Assist in tracking down relevant content to re-blog
* Get each site registered and ranking well with Google Places for Business
* Perform an ethical (and relevant) link building campaign
* Provide recommendations for new content, landing pages or general improvements
* Provide action reports (need to be white-label or co-branded)
On the technical front, we are able to perform any code-based changes you recommend (we're software engineers, not designers) and are able to quickly implement content changes.
If successful, you'll be provided with a mirrored corporate email, and Editor access to the WordPress sites - so we're looking for trustworthiness above all else. As such, we'll start by asking you to put "G'Day, mate" in the first sentence of your response (we're Australian).
Quote Pricing: Can you please ensure you're quote pricing is based on a "Per Site, Per Month" model. Please also include your capacity (eg, "I can presently handle 15 sites at this work level")
