Looking for a Business Developer for Generating Leads for Website Designing Company

We are a small Website Development and Digital Marketing company acting on various markets (India, US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Nepal) we want to increase our projects amount on a monthly basis and have a steady growth. Our business is based around designing & developing websites and mobile apps, for small to medium businesses at an affordable cost, and providing domain registration & ongoing hosting and maintenance and Digital Marketing for a monthly cost. Sales/Marketing/Business person will be in charge of getting us new projects short, mid. or long term size. Successful candidates who can bring us new ways to gain more ongoing clients and to build the business to a higher level. We are not prescriptive about the strategy used and are open to the best ideas. This is an area of investment for us and there will be ongoing work for the successful candidate who can demonstrate value and add to the business growth. We are looking for long term partners and want to offer them % of each deal they bring to us. Basically you will be working for % commission (20% of each project you bring us). That commission will be billed to you after full payment from clients. We will be in contact with client for all details & requirements, but you will be one of the POC for that particular client till we receive complete payment. The monthly amount only depends on you, your skillsets and expertise. If you are good enough you can easily reach to a point of earning couple of thousands of dollars per month with us. We need 5-10 partners who are focused on clients from India, US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand.......... We cover: -Website Design -ecommerce website -Web Development -Mobile Development -SEO optimization -Social Media Marketing -Hosting & Support -Strategic Digital Marketing - Logo design All collateral/materials that you will need like designs, content, presentations, emailers, etc will be provided by us if required. *Please note that I am open to fixed monthly amount too but first I need assurance that you are a good and genuine resource. So for the first month, lets work on commission basis and then from next month onwards a fixed pay per month + commission (will be reduced from 20% if fixed amount is opted).
