We require someone to manage the below aspects of our online furniture operation for a few hours weekly to start with a view to increasing depending on value they bring to the operation! Must have fluent excellent English and be available for Skype calls to discuss proposed work which we will pay hourly for your Skype time! Our website is [login to view URL] Perform Website Audit as we need to remove all products to upload 665 new products some of which will be the same products (too messy to get through each one to work out which are same/not). Advise needed on best way to manage this as don't want to delete all products and lose keyword ranking as some main url will remain the same. Manage on-going SEO requirements, this will involve getting us best price either from your own team or recommended freelancer to do job. Analaze website for issues and recommend improvements, ideally looking to increase spending so interested in plugins that can combine products and offer discounts etc like best buy in USA do to encourage this! Help us intergrate some sort of stock csv updater so we can update stock from suppliers csv. We plan to use same SKU's as suppliers to make it easy to upload stock weekly. Some marketing experience would be ideal or have team member who can do some email marketing campaigns / promo video's for Facebook weekly. Knowledge of analytics to review our customers spending and build marketing lists and make recommendations for products to promote! Possibly help organise an app been built for us with it containing relevant information we require We ideally just want to pay one person who has a team they can get to do most of the above weekly depending on task required. We are already expanding rapidly without website through Social Media but now want to quickly get our website up and running again as still gets 1k organic visitors so with bit of work we could get it back busy quickly after relaunch! Tasks will defer depending on priority so just matter of what we need weekly but above is example of required work
