Need 10,000 active referrers urgently..

I need 10,000 and more active referrers to click on the link as I will give to register in my account....

The referrers have to click through the link that I will give after the selection of service provider... I urgently need all the referrers within 1 week, so hope who can provide me with this service to bid on this project...
