Help me with Marketing

I need some help with internet marketing. I am a musician, singer, songwriter, pianist who writes, directs, edits (etc) my own work and have 3 beautiful film clips (plus one funny one) and one slideshow storyboard clip published on YouTube, Vimeo Facebook etc. If I do say so myself, my music, videos and website are beautiful and unique and I have 7000 likes on my FB fan page. (Not heaps but it was only a couple of weeks of Facebook marketing.) My music is quirky and does truly not fit into a genre but could be described as "prog metal" ish or "art rock"... think Tool, A Perfect Circle, Tori Amos, Roisin Murphy. I want to find a Facebook/YouTube/Insta enthusiast who has the time, skills, network, connections and desire to promote my art the way it deserves. The product is completely ready to go - I just don't have the stomach nor the time for marketing it myself. I will include links to the videos. I would like to find a person who will negotiate a split of the profits of sales as I know my products can sell well given the right person marketing them. I have had MANY favorable reviews from bloggers which can be found on my website. I want this to be a fair and fruitful long term relationship for both parties. I intend to tour the music soon and the live show will be something like a more alien and heavy rock/metal version of Cirque Du Soleil with dance and performance art, as I am also a choreographer, costume and set designer.
