SEO, Backlinks and high organic traffic to my website.

I have just launched a video downloading website from different websites, I want to

a. get high organic traffic around 4000 to 5000 per day with 2000 organic traffic addition per day after 1 months and continue progressively months after months.

b. permanent Backlinks.

c. BackLinks must be purely WHITE HAT

d. On Page work: Not required.

e. Improve significant Alexa & other matrices

f. Backlinks: create at least 30 quality backlinks on the basis of competitor analysis. Only Do follow indexable DA 40+ relevant backlinks desired.
