Update React Native Expo based Project

Hi, I've seen the attached [login to view URL] and based on this I can say that used expo version is 36 and react-native v0.61.x, the project last seems to be updated around 3.5 years ago, as the release is from December 2019. I've around 5 years of experience in react-native and I've also recently updated few of my own project recently (have a look at my profile for more details), so I'm very much confident that I can do this task for you. Since the project is quite old I'm estimating to take around a week, in order to fix other deprecation and changes happened over the years, it can be completed earlier too, but that depends on issues we face in the process.
