We have a J2EE web app running on Tomcat on local intranet which users access through Active Directory authentication. We are implementing SSO - thus while accessing our web app, users will not need to login. We just need to know the client AD login ID but there will be no AD authentication required. We are looking for a clean & simple solution that will get us just the client machine AD user ID on the J2EE web app.
