Demo Spring Boot Rest API project with JPA, JWT and Multi Tenancy

We need a simple Spring Boot project with the following features:
1) Should be REST API based.
2) Should use JPA / Hibernate for persistence. (Postgres / MySQL)
3) Should have a Model / Domain / Entity : "Account" with username, fullname and password fields.
4) Should do Basic CRUD on Account entity along with display all accounts.
5) Should use JWT based Spring Authentication. Whitelist Login and Account Creation Endpoints.
6) Should use Multitenancy based on Tenant IDs. Use multiple data source without hard-coding them in app. properties / yaml.
7) Make sure that all the JPA based DDL updations are done and no SQL queries should be written to update the DDL. Example: The account model should be automatically created by Spring Boot JPA in every data source and if a field is added to the Account class, it should automatically get added in every DB too.
This is a test project for a bigger project. Please bid only if you understand the requirements totally.
