Hi I am Tapas Das from India. I have a total 17 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technology out of which around 10 years in Java Swing. During my career, I have developed quite a few desktop applications using Java Swing which is one of my favorite area. Some of the tools I have developed using Java Swing are as below: 1. Order processing monitor - This was developed for the traders where they will place their orders, the orders then goes to exchange where it is processed and then respond comes back. This tool was able to handle thousands of orders without any error. 2. WriteTracker Tool - This was a tool for the blog/novel writers of an organization where it keeps track of the total page/word written on a daily/weekly basis. It also has features to display warnings/appraisals depending on the user has completed the writing. 3. POS tool - This was developed for a group of merchants where the merchants can keep track of the inventory, takes the purchase orders from the customers.
