Need Minecraft Server Configured

I created a minecraft server on a VPS I subscribe to through hostmonster using the instructions I found at this link: [login to view URL] I was successful all the way down to starting the server and then checking that it was running until it failed with the messages below. From hat I have been able to locate online, it appears this may actually be a java issue. It's likely something that someone who knows these systems and java could fix very quickly, but I am out of my depth. I am looking for a Freelancer to QUICKLY get this running and for a reasonable rate. I would also be interested in an OPTIONAL price on what someone would charge to move the mods from his current Minecraft instance running on his laptop version to this server-based one. I am ready to go immediately if the price is right as I want to get this done before my son is back at school Monday.
