The project is to take the provided TEMPLATE Flash Website files, mockups, raw files, and images to create a fully working Flash Website (using the template provided) with a Non-Flash Version for users with mobile devices (iphones, mobile browser, or web browsers without flash plugins).
Key files include: A Template Flash Website (FLA), a Flash Map file, raw –unframed images, and Mockups (In Word and PDF) of the Buyer, Agent, and Seller pages.

Instructions to explain our needs: Please click on the above Flash Site URL. Next, Click on Seller Link, then click on the top LEFT link to watch how the window opens. Once the user views the material they can close it and then view other links (within a 5 x 6 matrix totaling 30 thumbnail image links).
Client Side Scripting and Content Creation --User Experience:
As much processing power should be used on the client side for the pages to refresh so that pages are updated fast.
Since part of the page will maintain the same with only the text and graphic updating, please use techniques so the user experiences a FAST page update.
