Phone gap application - list view jquerymobile searching venue api

1. create a phonegap application that search either a geo location of your current location or from coordinates present to app view a json web service. and presents a list of venues within X distances from that coordinate.
2. use jquery mobile to present: venue photo from foursquare, venue name and venue phone number is a tidy list object. must also capture the foursquare venue id so application can reference venue for other functions.
3. have the ability to take a photo and tag with various categories and venue plus some free text comment
4. send data to backend node js server (heroku?) and store data in database (postgres?) and file on something like amazon s3
5. User authentication should be via Facebook / instagram single sign on - with user details captured to database
I must own the IP for all code post deployment. Happy for appropriate usage of open source code.
