Add a Paddle checkout to my website -- 2

I have a basic product page written in NextJS and I'm having trouble implementing an Inline Paddle checkout page in it.

I need you to create a good looking checkout page displaying the cost + subscription type + team id (values provided as query params from url) and add the checkout.
It should look somewhat like the image I added, without the top section.
Please only apply if you have NextJS experience and used Paddle before.
