Adjust application so I can use it for multiple forms / Create login option on vue / laravel application and enable to upload files

My application creates a letter based on the customers form input. The details are stored in the database. At this moment there is one form with three pages. The data is used to create a pdf. I want to be able to use my application for multiple forms. Each new form should create it's own pdf. We also need to make some changes to an address on the pdf.
When the above is done I want to create a customer account so the user is able to login and look at their current cases. The user interface shows data from the database. The user should also be able to upload a document(s) or image(s) to a specific case.
