I have been working with AngularJS for several years and moved to the new Angular 2+ when it was released. I have lots of experience with it and have deployed several apps for General Motors that are currently in use in the manufacturing plant floor. I have lots of experience working on applications from scratch working with back end developers to design the front and back end to work perfectly together. But I also have experience taking an already finished api and making a front end for it. I have done this for new applications and application redesigns. I plan on using Bootstrap 4 with Angular 4 for styling but am open to other styling frameworks if you'd rather. I can also not use any styling framework and do everything from scratch if you'd like to keep your project smaller.
