ASP Texting Project SMALL PROJECT

You MUST do this in ASP and NOT .net. No Exceptions I have an existing page in which i schedule customers for appointments. I need a drop down list added to this page. This dropdown will be the status of the customer. When an admin selects to change the status of the customer, this will send an automatic text message to the customer. The messages will be different for each status. We cannot install any third party components to our windows server, so it needs to be done in pure asp or java, or other compatible scripts. The project is attached so please review the scripts. We can utilize a third party messaging service if need be. The dropdown menu will be populated from the database fields in which you will create the table in access database that we already have. This is a project that needs to be done right now. so if you are not available or have other projects, then please dont bid. This is for experienced coders only.
