Auto Hotkey Scripting Project

I have a need for an automated mouse keyboard tool that will go to a url refresh a web page specific coordinates, and will click on that point and then enter a number from a file, and step through it will be continuous and have to monitor the page refresh when the page is done processing then, loop through the process again. I am willing to use any application but Auto hotkey would be preferred My actions are:- 1.) Activating an excel file (which has records in one column only) 2.) Copying record from excel file 3.) Activating internet explorer window 4.) Pasting copied record in internet explorer and pressing enter 5.) Waiting until page loads completely 6.) Clicking on a link (which becomes available resulting in step 4) 7.) step though the excel file waiting for the 1st record to process
