I am looking for someone who can write complete templating framework like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] from scratch. No open-source libraries to be used. Entire code needs to be written from scratch. You can always take inspiration from open-source code but will have to write from scratch. It has to be our copyright in total. We need this for a particular a couple of projects where we cannot use GPL / MIT or any open-source software. You can take inspiration from any open-source software, but the code has to written from scratch with our particular specifications. Please go through the attached PDF for detail on project.
