Build modal window in MVC ASPX project -- 2

I have a vb.net (MVC ASPX) project in which a new modal window needs to be added. This new window should be shared - available on various Edit and Create screens.
The following should be done:
1. Create a modal window in such a way that it can be called from several different Edit or Create screens. In the case of Edit on the main screen (from where the modal screen is called), when the user clicks the 'Save' button in the modal window, the data is stored directly to the SQL table. In the case of Create on the basic screen (from where the modal window is called), the DataTable is transferred from the modal window to the basic screen and the data is saved to the database on the main screen - where the modal window was called from.
2. On the two edit and create screens, a button should be added that will call a new modal window. The basic screen will pass two parameters (two IDs) to this modal window. After closing modal window program should take the parameter (DataTable – program table) from the modal window. In the case of Create, it takes care of storing the data and the linking data (ID) to the main table. In the case of Edit screen – if DataTable is empty program saves NULL into linking data (ID).
