Hi there! I will be happy to help you with that. I have worked on similar projects where I wrote Google Scripts to connect Google spreadsheets to various APIs, like Hubspot API, GoTowebinar API, Acuity scheduling API and more. I have quickly checked "When I Work" API guide and checked the the Authentication part and the Availability part and I believe that it will be comfortable to work with it. The Google Script can run either manually from a custom menu or automatically using action trigger "like when the spreadsheet is opened or edited" or time driven trigger "like every 5 minutes".
