Docker Create / Load application Images

Looking for assistant in setting up Docker on a windows machine. must be familiar with loading images and creating images. Required to load / create a container that supports django framework / django restful framework and its required libraries. The container must be test and successful run the local django repository Required to load /create a container that supports Angular 7 and its required libraries. The container must be tested and be successful with running the local angular 7 repository.
