Excel Tracker w/ Listboxes and Userforms

I'm building an interactive excel tracker for [login to view URL] is movement based on day count and selection from Listboxes. Most of the code is done on this workbook, but I am self taught and need some assistance with the more advanced code. 1. Initially I set Column A on the Status tab to equal column A of another sheet. Now, I need Column A on the Status tab to generate values (names) from Column A of multiple sheets (all the Pending MR sheets). Need help writing a code that will pull values from Column A of those sheets and put them in Column A of the Status sheet in the next available line while maintaining the header. 2. Also on the Status tab, there is an update button that populates a userform. The userform tracks 4 stages in a process. When a record is selected and the then the button for “initial evaluation complete” is selected, I want the program to cut the record of the MR selected from one of the 3 Pending MR sheets and paste it to the completed tab. 3. On the RAU Matrix tab, there is a button “Deal MR” that populates a userform. The userform has a listbox that allows you to select a RAU to send an email to. There is another listbox2 that I want to have dynamic values. So the RAU in listbox1 that is selected generates the email addresses associated in Listbox2. 4. there is code that cuts and pastes rows from pending MR tabs as day count changes. I would like that update to run automatically when the workbook is opened.
