Jira-Issue Hierarchy Plugin development

Hi I am looking for long term partner to develop Jira Plugin. I have multiple phase of project but want to start with first phase as trial. You should be familiar with Jira-Atlassian Agile development tool to bid this project. If you are not familiar please try Jira Atlassian tool for Agile(has free trial) before bidding this project. Here is my requirement for first phase. (A/B/C) A. Hierarchy of user stories Currently Jira has 2 level of user stories hierarchy. Epic and user stories. We need 3 levels of hierarchy. Initiative->Epic->User Stories. Acceptance Criteria 1. Define Initiative Issue Type 2. Epic should have Parent field. Not sure if we can use Epic field of User stories. If not add a field Initiatives for Epic Issue Type only. 3. Filter only Initiatives belong to that project while selecting Initiatives for an Epic 4. User stories to Epic link is already there in Jira so no need any development B. User stories Hierarchy Tree View Show list of initiatives ->child epics -> child user stories with drill down capability Acceptance Criterial 1. Show list of Initiatives for the project 2. Way to expand and collapse to Epic 3. Way to expand /collapse Epic to User stories [login to view URL] way to create Issue in hierarchy view Should be able to create Initiatives/epics/user stories in tree view Acceptance Criteria 1. Should be able to create Initiative/Epic/User story 2. All the epics created under a Initiatives should get auto linked 3. Similarly User story linked created under Epic should get auto linked 4. User should be able to add Basic information while creating Initiative/Epic/User Story Please see uploaded picture to understand the hierarchy view.
