Menu in different position using setting in Bootstrap4

We need a prototype with bootstrap4 (MDB-Free zip)(Use bootstrap codes attached) where user can change navbar to sidebar (saved in cookies) at screenshot(see attached) see default layout with fixed navbar above, settings-wheel brings up a modal, where user can setup placement of navbar: (x) above, ( ) left side, ( ) right side settings should be saved in cookie, that user comes again, navbar is on the saved placement if user chose "side" the navbar should be also fixed, menu-symbol on the same position, title 90 degrees rotated, and the icons placed from bottom Default : Above navbar User can click on settings icon - -> then a model will open where user can choose Above/Left/Right --> Navbar will shift Above/left/right accordingly.(settings should be saved in cookies, so that it will be automatically used when next time open) Should work in different resolution mobile/tablet/PC/Large screen. First perfect working code will win. I need to close this asap. Hurry.
