Migrate Wifi Captive portal from Django to .NET Part 1

Hi There, I've read the specifications document and have good understanding of it. Major feature for Milestone1 would be the data import from existing DB to MSSQL server. We will use the existing HTML to build the project and will use EF DB first approach as DB is already created and finalized. This will save development time and cost.
