Hello! I have read your description and want to help you in finding dead code and optimizing its work. It is not possible to remove code from jquery ui. BUT jquery ui consists of jquery plugins(about 20+) and it is possible to download CORE jquery ui and then download jquery ui plugins. It will save a lot of space.
