Software Developer Needed - Learning Management System

We need javascript and [login to view URL] based Learning Management System for schools. The system should manage Microsoft office 365 accounts for students, teachers, and admins. Knowing Arabic is an advantage but not necessary. The project contest of two parts. If you complete part one successfully, we will assign part two to you. The budget for part 1 is 250 USD The budget for part 2 is 150 USD Part One: Students should be able to: 1- Edit personal information 2- View yearly GPA 3- Download yearly certificates Admin should be able to: 1-Filter and search student profiles using ID, name or file number. 3-Assign GPA to each student for every academic year 4-Upload student certificates for every academic year Part two Students should be able to: 1- View payment history 2- Pay remaining balance using a payment gate offered by a bank Admin should be able to: 1- Assign tuition balance to each semester 2- Visualize student statistics as graphs. We already have the project theme and office 365 education emails. We need a full-stack developer who has experience with LMS systems to develop it within an agreed timeframe.
