Update google Fusion table KML polygons, Insert API token, Update Javascript

Google just updated maps.
Already developed a site overlay using polygons data, maps, and layover text, needs a few updates.
1. API authorization needed for existing table to work, I have account and can provide.
2. I have a new dataset for overlay information fields.
3. My KML data of polygon data needs to be updated. Looking for recent source polygon for Canada, FSA, postal codes, first three characters.
4. You will verify new data matches new KML
5. Please let me know your experience with KML data, google fusion tables, API's, json, and authorization.
6. To be clear, there are new FSA postal codes out there as KML data, but I cannot find. My new data set does not match the 'old' KML data.
