Need a provider to create a Joomla / wordpress website layout referring to a reference website. No template is giving. Upon completing the layout. Provider need to create the page (up to 8 pages) together with a Gallery & News module (from free joomla extension). All text & images are given . Must know how to set-up CMS on a web server as well as create error free CSS/XHTML joomla templates that can be edited via joomla. All content must be easy to modify thru joomla editor (without html knowledge) . Provider must work on my web server. My budget is; $150 thanks, YK (ref: PICAP)
