1. Convert PSD file into Joomla 1.5 template 2. Install it on site (will be provided) 3. Make template look exactly like PSD (configure modules, etc.) 4. Check layout in IE6, IE7, Opera, Safari, Chrome, FireFox 5. Check site in CSS and HTML validators. Payment: 50% advance, 50% after job is done as required. The reminder of 50% will be paid ONLY if work is finished within the time frame you bid for. So be reasonable with your time estimation.
