Need to build a customize Joomla 4 template

We have a Jomlart template built on Joomla 4 and have done couple of things to customize it. The application is not live yet and is incomplete . It will be an application related to news and have components which can be used as social city portal. I need someone who can enable , create and modify some modules which is required. There are many other components which are installed on it including Jomsocial, Kunena forum, Easyblogs and some others related to Job. The task includes 1) Creation of customized modules which may include to write custom code on PHP, mysqli or pearl. (Point 4) 2) Enable and fixing the GUI issues during the module display . This might need to modify the topology of the website . 3) Might need to change the look and feel of the website .( Very low priority, but consider this point ) 4) I have a scrape script which can fetch a data froma a website whose data required to be displayed on a module on website. Please bid and let me know and I will make you a walkthrough if you require. I want someone who can do this job in a week time max . I will ping to the person who's bid will be genuine,cost effective according to the work. Quality of the work matters more being a cost effective.
