I have an hosted SQL db with 2 tables and extremely low complexity data inside (4 fields).
I need a develop that let's me display the data on this layout: [login to view URL]
Where 0123456 is the unique id of a record in the database.
What you see is mockup data. I do need a working jQuery develop to let me access database's data in the upmentioned layout.
