Build a conceptual chat bot with Dialogflow

I want to build a conceptual chatbot under Dialogflow using all popular social media apps (Facebook Messenger, Telegram, etc...) that can respond to users’ requests / inquiries
1) the chatbot needs to be able to read and understand users’ inquiries
2) it can provide options for user to select
3) it needs to be able parse the parameters from the user responses and call excel macro functions through WebHooks
4) it needs to be also able to query data from a SQL database based on the key information provided by the users through the app
5) it needs to response to users accordingly with the data returned from excel or SQL database
6) it needs to store the chats/messages from users in a database
I just need to build workable conceptual chatbot / prototype that can fulfill the above requirements. If there is already a prototype then I can just buy it off.
