React D3 expert needed for a schematic visualization

I would like to have a schematic view automatically drawn based on a dataset available in mongodb. I can also provide data in a csv file. The goal is to have a means to automatically draw a schematic view of a network. Think of a distribution feeder in an electric utility.. The nodes can be different symbols, representing devices, and the Edges are logical connections between multiple components of the network. The display should be capable of showing some parameters when hovered Checkout this for ideas. Need to convert a model into a graph or tree model with auto adjustable size of edges to fit a tree in a given canvas space.I’d want the feature to be developed such that for a given JSON file, I should be able to generate a schematic.
