Build an Admin to my e-commerce and implement the transactional email api from Postmark

Hi, I have an ecommerce website that is almost done but still need two things to be finished. The ecommerce is done in Laravel and MySql. 1- create the admin 2- send the transactional emails such as new user registration, forgotten password, order confirmation, order approved, order cancelled, payment approved, payment cancelled and any other email that might have Below you have each job detailled. 1- Admin We need to build the front-end of the admin and create the endpoints to get the info from Laravel in order to plot the data on admin. So most of the job is basically building the front-end to receive the data. We can start with dummy data and once the admin is done we can then create the endpoints to get the info from the laravel which is already done. The admin must also has 2 levels of access permissions as detailed on the sheet below. The content of the admin is detailed on this google spreadsheet, and please go to "Admin" sheet on the bottom.
