Miss C.E.O is an organisation that supports diversity and inclusion by inspiring, educating and empowering people in the industry. We provide educational services and products that support career progression, personal development and business start-ups to allow people to experience success in both learning and in life. Miss CEO is creating online courses to educate clients in the following areas: • How to get jobs that you want • How to get recognised in your organisation • Leadership qualities • Mindset/ mental health • Information about large businesses and how they operate • How to start your own business • How to use software that can support people in their jobs • Business administration information The contractor must have knowledge of the above and understand Australian standards and regulations. Project Manager experience or education and training is preferred but not compulsory. The required content is not limited to the above list and the contractor can recommend other topics prior to proceeding. The contractor must provide a list of courses it will provide information on and a description to be approved by Miss CEO. Work cannot commence until the contractor obtains Miss CEO approval in writing. The software used to create the course is not yet confirmed. However, the content is to be created using Microsoft Word or Power Point, Miss CEO will move the information to the software. The scope does not include for putting the information in LMS software. Courses can range from 10 minutes to 40 minutes and can vary in stages or milestones. The contractor agrees and gives permission that any content provided to Miss CEO can be altered in to a video format or any other format so required by Miss CEO. The target market is for people trying to get ahead in business in Australia Examples of courses: • How to use excel like pro • Computer short cuts. • Growth Mindset Model • How to get your ABN for free from the ATO. • How Negotiation works. • Explanation of Time, Cost and Schedule. Schedule: Miss CEO requires a number of online courses to be complete by the end of November. There is a potential for on-going works. Payment: 14 days after approval of invoice. Invoices to be issued upon completion of each course. Negotiation on the number of courses and delivery dates. This work is subject to Terms and Conditions.
