#Research/List building
- Must be able to research potential clients that meet our requirements. (Simple Google searches will suffice using keywords we provide).
- Add potential clients to a list with details name, phone, email etc (excel to start with then into a CRM like HubSpot later).
#Calling/Prospecting
- Call potential clients to introduce the software, qualify that the software could be useful to them and send a follow-up email. (No direct sales over the phone required but may be added at a future date).
- Call back clients who weren’t available for asked to talk later.
- Get past the gatekeeper (receptionist) to talk to the person who can make the decisions.
- Calls are made from a script we provide, but you can feel free to improvise as needed, if questions are asked that are too technical you need to reschedule the call to be taken by one of our team members.
- Keep a log of interactions, call details, follow-ups etc in an excel document.
#Requirements
- Must be in Australia or New Zealand. This is a time zone issue.
#Payment
- $20 per hour with bonuses available.
#Work hours
- 4 hours per day / 4 days per week (mon, tue, wed, thu) to start with, extensions available for performance.
#Bonuses
- Generous bonuses available for leads that turn into a customer.
#Phone calls
- You will be required to pick up an Amaysim, sim card, provide the details and we will activate it for you.
#Ideal candidate
- Has some experience with online software, but not required.
- Is self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Has a great tone of voice and speaks with a smile.
- Wants to achieve and reach targets.
- Confident when talking on the phone.
- Can handle objections and rejection without getting discouraged.
- Is empathetic of the customers’ needs.
- Is organised and can follow-up calls.
- Is persistent.
