Nivel Staffing is hiring a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help the company securing new clients. As a B2B Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring contacts from Hospitals/ Hosptial Chains across the USA who cater to the hospital's staffing needs. The Specialist can make use of cold calling, social media connections and personal/professional contacts to get us the leads. The Specialist will act as a liaison between the Hospital’s HR department and Nivel team, till we procure staffing contract from them. Requirements • A Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lead generation for Medical staffing. • Should have deep knowledge of how the medical staffing industry works and must have good connections with large Hospital chains. • Knowledge of VMS and contacts with the VMS providers. • Has experience in lead generation with clients with high volume travel nursing/contract nursing.
